Volunteers and Committee Members

REQUIREMENTS

Overseers

Elementary School Competition, Volunteer Coordinator, Ambassador Competition, Photography, Garden Produce, Entertainment, Quilts/Sewing

• Create and maintain Prize List for your Class/Sections

• Help find committee members to aid with your Class/Sections

• Obtain donations (prize money) prior to the Fall Fair for your Class/Sections

• Find a judge for your Class/Sections for Fall Fair judging day

• Help with setup prior to the Fall Fair and take down afterwards

• Oversee judging for Class/Sections on the Friday of the Fall Fair

• Submit list of prize winners to office and create press release for your Class/Sections after judging is complete

Committee Members

• Help with setup prior to the Fall Fair and take down afterwards

• Aid the Overseer on the Friday of the Fall Fair during during judging
